Warning
Beware of this generator manufacturing company
MPMC Powertech Corp. is a company of lying, irresponsibility and negligence.
I have purchased three Perkins generator sets from this company and all three of them were DOA (Dead On Arrival). They have used water instead of coolant for testing, but did not drain the water from the engine blocks and radiators before they were shipped out. When the generators have arrived in Northern Canada, all three Perkins engines were frozen solid and have cracked the engine blocks.
Immediately, I have contacted MPMC and informed them what had happened and sent them pictures of the frozen radiators and cracked engine blocks. I have even flown to Shanghai with pictures and video evidences to met with them to negotiate a resolution. They have denied all my evidences and refused compensation, instead, they have accused us that we put water in the cooling system (in -30C temperature?). This is an absolute insult to us as we are licensed "journeymen technicians in Canada" and Subarctic residents.

We have ordered generators with output usage for North American (60Hz 120V / 240V); however, they have installed for European usage (220V / 415V) on the generator sets instead.
*** In accordance with the supplier, they have quoted as follows ***
“220-240V and 380-415V were different from original order requests of 120/240V,but this will not affect the normal usage of equipment"
This is absolutely incorrect, if 120V electrical machines were plugged into 240V or 240V electrical machines plugged into 380-415V supply, what could happen? What a ridiculous statement!
Engine block drain hose was attached to an outlet with "NO" Label, but the radiator overflow hose was attached to an outlet with water drain label on it instead (see video below).

Engine run timers indicated 0.0 hours, 0.2 hours, and 1.2 hours of run time. What happen to the one that indicated 0.0 hours? Did they run and test the generators before delivery?
The below testing and assembly reports from the supplier are an even more solid evidences that this company is "NOT" a trustworthy company to deal with.
They falsify documents and the dates do not correlate with the assembly date.
The test run report was dated November 7, 2011 was two days ahead of the assembly finished date which was on November 9, 2011. How can they have provided a test report before the assembly was completed?
Work sheet showed assembly finished Test Run finished report dated November 7, 2011
Ready to send for Test Run dated November 9, 2011
*** This company have changed its name from "Millennium Power Manufacturing Corp" to "MPMC Powertech Corp" after this incident.***
